Wellspring Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia offers 24-hour respiratory care to meet the respiratory needs of you or your loved one. Our respiratory care unit is under the direction of a triple board-certified pulmonologist. Our dedicated staff of respiratory therapists, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists work together to help each resident accomplish their goals.

The Wellspring approach of exceeding the best practice standards of care attributes the average stay time for our rehabilitation residents to 27 days,  a low return to acute care rate, five decannulations in the last quarter of 2021, and an infection rate that is 5-7 percent below the national average.

The experienced respiratory team at Wellspring Health and Rehabilitation specializes in long-term mechanical ventilation using the newest technologies and the NIOV System to provide ambulatory ventilation. With a focus on healing, Wellspring is setting the standards in progressive and innovative therapies within skilled nursing facilities.
